last weekend we attended a friend's superbowl party. i told justin early in the week and i would make brownies to take over there. when it came time to make the brownies, i announced what i was about to do. he's all "really? i thought she said we didn't need to bring anything." ::sigh:: then i'm all "we don't, but i'm gonna. and i TOLD you i was gonna earlier in the week." a round of "no you didn't, yes i did" ensues. then he says "well then i just don't remember it. you say a lot, you know. it's like you're streaming at cable modem speeds, but i'm only receiving in dial-up."

SOOOO hilarious. It's actually very similar to a comment Paige's husband made once ("Am I supposed to listen to EVERYTHING you say?"), except Justin managed to make it more funny than rude.
