i'm so excited! i don't even know how i'll sleep tonight!
tonight i'll finish packing, clean the house (because who doesn't like to come home to a clean house?), and we'll be all set!
tomorrow morning we are bound for hill country! here is where we'll be staying. we'll be in a lodge unit, in case you're wondering. we is me, the hubster, my baby bro (will), and his wife (sarah).

Okay. I don't know how many times I have to tell you this....I'm pretty sure our husbands share a brain.
I WILL make you a lover of SYTYCD. I literally get chills every time I watch...even during the try-outs. And it is not uncommon for a dance to bring me to tears. I know I sound dramatic, but you HAVE to trust me. I am not a dancer, and I don't know a thing about dance. But watching this show has taught me so much- I find myself making comments on their technique and the way their foot is extended....weird. This show introduced me to all forms of dance that I didn't even know existed and you will be amazed by how talented these people are. It's crazy that the entire universe doesn't watch it by now. Plese promise me you will go to youtube and watch some of my favorite past routines. Here they are:

Don't skip any, Sondra. You will regret it. I will know and I will come after you. Some of these pages have a playlist on the right hand side that have a lot of official SYTYCD videos. GET ADDICTED! There is a lot of ballroom dancing, but that usually isn't my favorite, so I am sharing these instead. I just love that they are forced to do so many different kinds of dance and they ROCK at it. Talent, sista...TALENT!
